How to apply for Re evaluation??

The Answer is:-

1. Collect the Re evaluation Form and Photocopy Form from your College.(Its normally a Green(Revaluation)  and  Pink(Photocopy) Form which would cost Rs. 10/- Each)
2. Fill the form, and submit the same in College within 7 days from the date of declaration of Marks. 
3. With the form you Need to Submit

a) 5th Semester Marks sheet( If not received from College, Take a photocopy of                the sheet in which your marks are visible, which has been put up in College)

b) Photocopy of Your Hall ticket.

c) Question paper of the Subject you want to be Re-evaluated.
