  • Tell us about yourself?

ANS-My father runs an IT company which provides customised ERP services to the clients. For that having a detailed knowledge of accounting is a must. Since my father invested so many years in this company, I wanted to continue it and take it ahead by getting the knowledge of accounts and finance.

 

  • How does it feel to be the Class Representative of the class?

ANS-I have always been a leader. Even during my schooling I was very much interested in becoming the monitor of the class as that would give me a great responsibility to handle the students under me effectively and growing along with them.

 

  • What do you mean by leadership? Tell us about a time / describe a situation when you have proved you have better leadership skills.

ANS-Leadership is basically applying your qualities and skills so that you can put in the efforts so that the task given in your hand is achieved successfully. It means taking all the people with you and achieving better results.  The task of handling the farewell event in my school was effectively completed by me. Also I was the Assistant Cultural Leader of my college for our inter college fest.

 

  • What are the most important values you demonstrate as a leader?

ANS-Decision making ability. One cannot be a leader without being able to take decisions. Besides that patience and tolerance are the values that benefit me.

 

  • Does a leader need to be motivated? How can leaders maintain themselves to stay motivated?

ANS-Obviously Yes. The inspiration of a leader is another leader.

 

  • What is the most difficult part of being a leader?

ANS-Motivating  your team to become spontaneous in their work.

 

  • What is your greatest strength and weakness as a leader?

ANS-My strength is that i can put myself into certain situations & Dedicating Right Person For The Right Job.

 

  • According to you, what is BAF ?

ANS-Getting a detailed insight about Accounts and finance.

 

  • As a student, what changes would you like to bring in Indian education system?

ANS-To implement more practical knowledge than theoretical. I think a student should be made industry ready.

 

  • What would you advice someone planning to do BAF ?

ANS-Get your figures right. Accounts  is an important aspect of every organisation so it has to be practised till perfection.

 

  • Through this struggle and success, what have you learned? What is the wisdom of life and competition? What is your message to the upcoming BMS / BAF / BBI / BFM / BMM / BBA students?

ANS-Nothing you learn is ever wasted. It will come to your use some or the other day. Wrong decisions make you aware of what is right for you. Message for the students is that they keep on doing some other course simultaneously. Never keep yourself free.
